Decorticated millet and decorticated lentils soup. It is highly digestible and suitable for feeding the first childhood. It is nutritious, light; it is a good concentrate of well-being since millet provides minerals, iron, potassium, vitamins A and B while lentils provide proteins, fibers and mineral salts.

- 50% hulled millet, 50% hulled lentils.
Ingredients for 5 people
Chop onion, carrot, garlic and marjoram, brown for two minutes the soup with extra virgin olive oil, add the tomato and after 5 minutes add the broth gradually until completely absorbed.
Once cooked, add chopped parsley, a drizzle of oil, pecorino grated, salt and pepper and place two croutons.
