BioAlberti shipments to Italy are free for amounts over € 99.00.

All orders received by BioAlberti will be shipped as soon as possible and in any case within 10 working days.

If for any reason the shipping times are longer than expected, BioAlberti will notify the buyer by e-mail. The purchased goods will be shipped using the method (standard or express) selected by the buyer to the address indicated in the order. The delivery domicile may also not coincide with that of the purchaser, in which case BioAlberti is released from any liability for deliveries to addresses other than those of the purchaser or in any case suggested by them.

Delivery times depend on the type of carrier and service selected by the purchaser and in accordance with the delivery tables set up by the carrier starting from the moment the goods are collected by the latter. BioAlberti in compliance with Legislative Decree 185/1999 the maximum term for the execution of the order is thirty (30) days at the end of which the buyer will be entitled to a refund of any sums paid.

The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the goods or services and is specified at the bottom of the order confirmation. The cost of shipping does not include any stocks and delivery costs. Before opening a stock, the courier will make three delivery attempts, leaving a notice and the telephone number to contact. The goods can be collected by the buyer from the courier, subject to agreement with the same. In the event that due to failure to collect the goods, the goods should return to BioAlberti's domicile, the purchase amount will be refunded to the purchaser less the costs of storage and delivery for both the outward and return journeys.
