This is pure Chianina beef. The breed is raised half-wild on about 560 hectares of hills in the countryside between Todi and Perugia. The availability of the product, its high quality and the scrupulous care applied to its processing and packaging has allowed us to regain consumer trust in the beef market, following its withdrawal over the past few years.
